Letstick is not responsible for shipping delays and loss of you order after shipping.
If you choose Free Shipping Option it means there is NO Tracking Number and we don’t know where is your order and how long it will take to reach you, you have do deal with your local post office.
If You check “Add Tracking Number” we will send Tracking Number to you along with “Your order complete” email and you can track your order. If there is any delay you have to deal with your local post office.
We don’t do refunds, but we can replace your Letstick if there is a problem with print or cut.
